Jacob and Mason from JM Washing did an outstanding job cleaning all 15 of our windows. They removed and cleaned the screens, cleaned the dirt from the window tracks, and used a deionized water system that left the glass crystal clear and spot-free. What truly stood out was their professionalism and communication. Jacob thoroughly explained the services they provide and kept me informed throughout the entire process with updates and photos while we were away from home. Their attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. At just 19 and 16 years old, these young men demonstrated a level of maturity, respect, and work ethic that is hard to find.
